"I emailed you a while ago regarding ongoing work on my 80 Series Landcruiser. The journey is now over with all work completed, so now it will be just ongoing maintenance as required. For any future work that may need attention I will not hesitate in coming back to Mandurah Toyota, I am over the moon with the results from all the work done and it is like driving a new car. "Absolutely terrific experience. I had been to multiple car dealerships already and as I am a bit on the younger side, I was often skimmed past suggested to go to the discount car yards.
Within about 5 minutes of arriving, I already had Michael approach me and as I had already spoken with him over the phone, he took me straight to the car which was immediately taken for a test drive. I started the process of purchasing it that day, and both Scott and Michael made the process as seamless as possible, reducing the paperwork on my end to as little as they could.
It made it a wonderful experience and I have a feeling I'll be back, either to get myself another car at some point down the line, or if I know someone going car shopping.
There were also many small things done that were very much appreciated. Small things such as having a full tank ready to go when leaving helped a lot as it made the 1.5-hour drive home much easier, and when my mobile data didn't work, a hotspot was used so that I could sort out my documents.
The staff were also far more casual and laidback than I have seen previously, focusing in more in what I needed and not trying to push me to get something I don't need, like a car that doesn't suit what I need it for.
Overall, would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car, especially people my age or on the younger side."
