The team was consistently attentive and professional throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported, with staff regularly checking in and making sure I was comfortable while waiting (including offering coffee and a good waiting experience). What stood out most was their willingness to go the extra mile—not just with customer service, but also in assisting with the organisation’s charitable status requirements with the Department of Transport. That level of support and understanding made the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, a very positive experience with excellent customer care and attention to detail.
