Just had my Prado serviced and it came back all shiny and washed. Lovely Customer Service from Jess, very friendly and helpful. I have had many cars over 20yrs from Mandurah Toyota and in that time I only ever had one incident that was rectified very fast with a gift as an added apology. Can't ask for more than that. I love them.

LC300 recalled for exhaust injector. Jess at Mandurah Toyota, greeted me on arrival and explained everything perfectly. The job was completed earlier than the expected time and Jess kept me up to date with the progress. Excellent service and happy with the result..

Just recently purchased a lovely pre owned Rav 4 from Michael Green at Mandurah Toyota & couldn’t be more happy with the complete experience. Michael is such a lovely fellow, very professional, knowledgeable & up for a laugh too. I had a little hiccup (not their fault) & contacted him & he was willing to go above & beyond to make sure I was safe, able to get to an important meet & my lovely car was fine. He cheerfully followed this up again to make sure the issue was fully resolved. The car was spotless when I picked her up, full safety check & service had been done & a couple of minor issues also completed, so I could drive away feeling very confident & completely satisfied with my purchase, wishing everything in life was as easy as that! 10/10 to Michael & the Company for such wonderful ethics & service.
