Drove down from Perth today and halfway down to Mandurah my fuel /water seperator light came on my 200 series landcruiser. I know what to do because I have done this before . When re-setting the dash light the 2 wires going to the top of the fuel pump plug snap off and could not reset the dash warning light. I thought I would go to Mandurah Toyota and see if I could get a new plug. I dealt with the manager of spare parts (Ashley) and he bent over to help me. He came out to my car and had a look and said that I didn't have to buy a new plug. He told me that there was a special tool to remove the pins in the plug. He took my plug went down to the workshop came back to the counter and fitted new pins to my plug. I have Never been to Mandurah Toyota before and for not being a regular the service I received from Ashley was unbelievable. Thanks Ashley I was really impressed by your service.

Very Grateful to Dale, Chris & the service team. I cannot rave enough about the Service Department here in Mandurah 10/10, thank you. I bought my 8yr old Rav 4 off them from 'Used Car Sales Department' in February, & I loved my new purchase. As a woman with no mechanical experience, I had no idea if the noise I heard was a serious problem so after returning the vehicle for advice, the staff have been amazing in fixing the issue so promptly without any fuss. I am thrilled with the professional & informative way in which they have taken care of me without any hassle or stress involved at all. Other companies I have dealt with in the past have always made me feel uncomfortable, unheard & I never knew if they could be trusted or was I being ripped off? This was NOT the case in Mandurah. The staff have been extremely friendly, & I feel 100% looked after, so relieved as they kept me up to date with what they were doing to fix the issue and assured me it was still under warranty.
